Store Floor
Walk the Neighbourhood store in 3D, built from the store plan. Every shelf shows this week's sales, margin, waste and stock cover, and what needs doing today.
Shelly Brain
The orchestrator, memory, governance, knowledge and learning behind every business, and an agent for every department job.
Reports
Budget, 13-week forecast, trading, category, roster, stock, waste and industry-pack reports as Excel, PDF or on screen.
Tōtara Medical Supply Chain Command
Zoomable supplier → product → client vision board with weekly plan vs actual, stock-out and expiry risk, inbound holds, supplier OTIF and SARIMA-X forecasts.
Gateway Warehousing & Transport
Five Auckland sites live in 3D, including two processing centres: two gates, marshalling lanes, a fleet park, docks, forklifts and a sorting centre at every site that sorts parcels for each business. Its own management team and every floor role.
Shelly Tower
The Shelly Business Tower in Auckland city: one brain, Shelly OS, with eight agents runs every floor, the mall, the trade centre, the hotel and the micro-fulfilment centre, and every Shelly business has its floor. Today and 2050.

Store Vision
The store camera turned into numbers: unique visitors, door IN/OUT, zone dwell, the checkout queue, staff-only prompts and a time-spent heatmap. Everyone anonymised; a Skill Lab tests every skill daily against a known truth and adds a new one.
Tōtara Clinic
A mini hospital: GP and nurse clinics, urgent care, imaging, a lab, a day ward and physio. Patient flow and waits against target, staffing by role and supplies from Tōtara Medical. Counts only, never records.
Shelly Tower Hotel
Rooms and suites, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR, reservations by segment and channel, housekeeping, dining with menu engineering, the events diary and a five-star checklist.
Floor by floor
Ride the lift from the loading dock to the vertiport. Every level has its plan (four lifts, two fire stairs, accessible and all-gender washrooms, then the fit-out), the people at work by role, the technology that helps them, and the building's own numbers.
Quality
Can the numbers be trusted? The forecast league table, an anomaly radar that flags unusual trading days with the likely reason, the data checks run before any model, and the automated tests behind every release.
Was the promo worth it?
The Commercial lab told as a five-minute story for a hiring manager: the business question, the data, the baseline, the model, the checks and what changes on Monday. Step by step, numbers live from the lab.
Commercial lab
Was every promo worth it? Two years of promotions scored against what each line would have sold anyway, net of cannibalisation and the dip after. A discount depth lab with the supplier funding each promo needs, and what sells together from anonymous baskets.
Ask Shelly
Ask anything about the four businesses, typed or spoken, and get today's number with a link to the full picture. Departments huddle to agree one plan for one sign-off, and every agent remembers what happened last time. Press ▶ 3-min tour for the guided walk-through.
Group HQ
The Tower's departments at work: the month-end close, P&L by business with eliminations, a 13-week cash flow, people and licences (roles only), buying as one group, the board pack, and every agent's action limits with an audit log.
Operations
Gateway books every truck into a dock, sizes each shift from the day's pallets and bills clients as used. Tōtara scores suppliers, rescues short-dated stock and asks what happens if a supplier is late. Two flows followed end to end through the event bus.
Shift Pilot
The Duty Manager's day: an opening brief with the forecast and its reasons, a live to-do list, the closing report and handover notes. Demand sensing (weather, holidays, Eden Park nights, paydays) is marked honestly on 14 days it never saw.
Shelly OS
One data model every department reads, and an event bus that lets them talk: a store stock-out raises the order and books the Gateway delivery. Routine actions run on their own; money, people and customers wait for a person.
Loss Prevention
Every Shelly site, one rule: watch stock and places, never people. Patterns (pick, conceal, unpaid exit; unbooked docks; tailgates) become cases a person checks. No faces, no names, no scores; scope locked to Shelly's own businesses.
Industry packs
The same engine applied beyond retail: sell-through and markdowns, cost-to-serve and OTIF, ABC-XYZ slotting, OEE and scrap.
Decisions waiting for you
Big-money, compliance, price, range and credit judgements are proposals. Nothing happens until you confirm or reject.
