Shelly Tower · Auckland · floor by floor · v · synthetic data
Ride the lift. Every floor at work.
Thirty-five levels, from the loading dock to the vertiport. Each floor has its plan (the shared core of lifts, fire stairs and washrooms, then the fit-out), the people at work by role, the technology that helps them, and the building's own numbers. People are counts by role, never names or faces.

The same core on every floor
What every level shares, by design
Four lifts in the middle of the floor, so no desk or room is more than a short walk away.
Two fire stairs at opposite ends of the core, so there is always a second way out.
Washrooms on every floor: women's, men's and all-gender, an accessible washroom, and a parents' room on every working floor.
Risers and a cleaner's room beside the lifts: services and cleaning reach the floor without crossing the workspace.
Cleaning follows use: washroom visits are counted by door sensors (never cameras) and set how often each floor is cleaned.
