One Gateway site live in 3D. Trucks check in at the gate, reverse onto a free dock and are unloaded or loaded by forklifts; pickers build orders, the yard marshal guides trucks in, the supervisor walks the dock line. Tap any truck, forklift, person or dock for what it is doing. Zoom in and the roof lifts so you can see inside.

Gateway runs 24/7 in three shifts: day 06:00β14:30, afternoon 14:00β22:30 and night 22:00β06:30, with a 30-minute handover. Each site's crew comes from this roster: who works which shift, their station, staggered breaks (so docks are never left empty), and licences (forklift, first aid, cold-room trained). The 3D site follows it: people clock in from the car park, take their breaks in the staff room and go home when their shift ends, and only licensed drivers run forklifts. Night hours are paid at 1.25Γ.
Every client contract: what Gateway does for them, where their stock sits, how many pallets, deliveries and on-time-in-full (OTIF) over the last 4 weeks against the target in their contract, and what they pay.
Shelly reads the week's service, temperatures, capacity, docks and fleet, and lists what needs a person. Spending, new clients and capex wait for approval in the Shelly approvals tray (Transport or Operations Manager first, then Finance, then Pavi above $10k or for new business).
Gateway has its own management team. The General Manager reports to Pavi (Shelly Group). Each manager owns part of the operation and is measured on the KPIs shown.

Business model. modules/gateway/gateway.yaml: sites, docks and racks, clients and contracts, fleet, the management team and every floor role. Change it and the page and 3D sites follow.
Numbers. shelly/gateway.py builds this week's service, stock, fleet, shipments, flags and decisions (synthetic, seeded by week) into docs/data/gateway.js. python -m shelly gateway prints the same summary.
Live site. docs/gateway/world.js (three.js): trucks come in at Gate 1 (two lanes), wait in marshalling lanes, are called one at a time down the one-way dock lane, reverse on, and leave through Gate 2 when there is a gap in traffic. Gateway's own trucks rest in a drive-through fleet park. Every truck and car checks the space ahead, so vehicles never drive through each other. Forklifts unload to racks or pick for outbound; people work by role. Nothing here is real company data.
Sorting centres (v1.3). Every site has a sorting centre: an overhead conveyor brings goods from the warehouse to a loop sorter with a chute and roll cage for each business, plus Returns and Exceptions. Pick & pack operatives work at bench PCs, sort operatives swap full cages, a sort supervisor clears jams from the sort-control PC and the sort centre manager runs it from the glass office. Albany and Airport are processing centres with bigger halls. Tap any PC to see its live screen.
Brain. Gateway's agents sit in the Shelly Brain (warehouse, transport, cold chain, sorting, shifts, client accounts) and its approvals join the one approvals tray.
