Master of Applied Business — Business Analytics

2024 – Nov 2025Commercial and business analyst with fourteen years across multi-site retail in New Zealand and Asia — spanning category P&L ownership, demand forecasting, and the direct leadership of teams of up to 120 people. I have sat on both sides of the analytics divide: building the forecasts, and being the person accountable when they are wrong.
At Samsung Electronics I grew a television category from $8.9M to a $16.8M annual peak while the 32-inch segment it depended on was actively contracting, hitting 120% of target three years running. Earlier, as Team Leader of Samsung's retail field force, I led 120 product consultants across four territories and was named Best Team Leader in two consecutive years.
I then relocated to New Zealand and deliberately rebuilt from the ground up: a Master of Applied Business in Business Analytics at Unitec, finishing with a GPA of 7.0 and the only First Class Honours awarded across three graduating intakes — alongside frontline retail roles that keep me close to the operational reality most analysts only model.
Pick a capability. The roles that demonstrate it stay lit; the evidence inside them is marked.
Showing everything.
These carry the same capability tags, so the filter above covers them too — what I have been paid to do and what I have built on my own sit under one lens.
